Our admissions procedure is set up to guarantee a seamless and equitable enrollment of students, all the while offering openness and equal chances to all candidates. An outline of our admissions process is provided below:

Start of the Admissions Process: Every academic year, the admissions process starts on March 1st of the year before. Parents and guardians have plenty of time to get ready for the admissions process according to this timeline.

Pre-Admission Procedures:

Interested parents may purchase the Prospectus from the school's Accounts Department. The Prospectus is available for purchase from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Application Process for Admission:

The following steps must be taken if the candidate wants to move forward with admission

• The Admission Department will give a set of documents to be submitted with the Registration Form.
• The applicant must submit the Admission Form and the Registration Fees to the Admission Department. These documents are mandatory and must be attached to the registration form.

Compulsory Enclosures:

• Birth Certificate
• Transfer certificate from the school previously attended.
• Xerox copy of the academic performance sheet of the previous class.
• Eight latest passport-size colored photographs of the student.
• Student's SSSM ID photocopy.
• Father’s Income Certificate.
• Caste Certificate & Mul Nivasi (if applicable for SC, ST, OBC).
• Aadhaar Card’s Photocopy.
• Photocopy of the bank account of students/parents.

Withdrawal / Transfer Certificate Policy

At Shining Scholars Public School, we are aware that there may be situations in which a student must leave the school or transfer to another one. The following guidelines for withdrawal and Transfer Certificate issuing have been put in place to guarantee a seamless and well-organized procedure

Written Notification: Shining Scholars Public School requires parents or guardians to notify the school administration in writing of their intention to remove their kid from the programme. The deadline for submitting this notification is at least 10 days before the planned withdrawal date.

Clearance of Dues: The parents or legal guardians of the student must pay off all outstanding debts, including tuition, library fines, and other fees and penalties, before a Transfer Certificate can be granted.

Transfer Certificate Issuance: The school will issue the Transfer Certificate following receipt of the written notification and settlement of any outstanding fees. This certificate is a crucial record for the student's future academic endeavours and contains pertinent academic information.
